The project involved a 24,500 sf renovation for RL Solution Inc’s medical software company. The new space was designed to be more efficient for the staff. Along with the great view throughout the suite, the space included multiple private offices, a lunch room, I.T room, a boardroom, 2 additional separate meeting rooms and we can’t forget the authentic Irish Pub complete with a custom bar, wood wainscoting and trim, hardware flooring and hammered copper ceiling panels equipped with a billiard table and shuffle board table. The lobby and reception area was upgraded with quartz stone wall cladding, glass “wave” signage, a “water jet” cut design features in porcelain floor tile.

 With an aggressive 2 month construction schedule and continuous changes we were able to successfully deliver RL Solutions Space to their full satisfaction.
