The construction of a 6th floor on top of an existing historic building at 200 King Street East provided additional space enhancing their existing Athletic Facility. This project incorporated masonry restoration work, new structural support system, glazed curtain wall and glass façade. A new roof, with mechanical and electrical systems including the high end interior finishes, such as wood panel ceilings, was installed. Throughout the process, our project manager and site manager both coordinated and organized the complex scheduling and coordination of trades, permits, street closures and crane operators for the duration of the project.

Our project/construction management team delivered the entire project to the client on time and on budget. The Athletic Facility is now home to a New Fitness centre with primarily heavy lifting work out machines along with cardiovascular equipment.
