The base building space was transformed into a fully functional corporate office including reception area, boardroom, meeting rooms, private offices, a large lunch room and support areas.  The project incorporated a 1,100 sqft. LAN room, with leading edge technology utilized for voice and data systems.

 A project of this size and complexity would typically require 26 weeks to build. Our team worked closely with our consultants and sub-contractors enabling the completion in only 18 weeks. The advantage of using the construction management method was demonstrated flawlessly with this fast track project.

 Pre-construction tender coordination with the client and the design team improved the process for this extremely aggressive time line. We could control costs and product deliveries eliminating delays throughout the duration of the job. We delivered the entire project to the client on time and on budget.

The design incorporated Movable partitions to enable multiple use of the space. Please see “Space Management Vertical Lift” for further information
