This project included a full lunch room, servery area c/w service room, mail room, meeting rooms, and two large boardrooms, separated with a Skyfold Vertical partition which required extensive structural work and HVAC reconfiguration. The high gloss porcelain floor tile and glazed office partitions with sliding glass doors in the reception area required precise floor preparation to provide a perfectly level floor due to its reflective properties and unforgiving operation. The project timeline was extremely aggressive requiring our project team to maximize performance from our trades while maintaining a high level of finish to deliver the project on time. A new railing system was installed throughout to display the firms’ extensive art collection while custom corner pods clad with exotic wood veneer completed the design theme.
